INFORMATION THINKYUM COLLECT:

ThinkYum collect and store both personal and non-personal information that Users have explicitly provided to them through interacting with the Site.

Information provided to ThinkYum:

Examples of information you provide to ThinkYum include your name, email address, physical address, zip code, payment method, and telephone number. This information is collected in a number of ways, including, but not limited to, our website, mobile apps, interactions with customer service, marketing promotions, and surveys.

Information that ThinkYum collect automatically:

When Users create an account they will receive a one-time email message with their account information. ThinkYum will send you a weekly notification email when plans are posted. The Provider will also send Users receipts for payments via email. They may contact Users by email from time to time to notify them of updates to the services or other related matters which may be of interest to Users. A clear method to opt-out of future messages will be provided with all email communication that is not account, meal plan, or payment related.


USE OF COOKIES:

ThinkYum’s software uses cookies to maintain Users session information. It may be necessary to accept cookies from the Site in order to access Services. This allows Users to choose to remain logged in so they can access their information quickly when they come to the Site.

Users can erase and block these cookies using the features available on your web browser. However, should you do this, it is possible that portions of the site may not function properly or at all.

CONSENT:

Use of the Site and its subscriptions constitutes agreement with this Privacy Policy. ThinkYum reserve the right to update the Privacy Policy as required by any future law.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Information collected by ThinkYum other than the Personal Information collected through the Site or Services. It does not apply to any unsolicited information Users provide to the Provider through this Service or any other means, which includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Service or to related forums or social media sites. All unsolicited information is deemed non-confidential and ThinkYum will be free to reproduce, use, and disclose such information without limitation or attribution.


CHILDREN:

ThinkYum does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not sign up for the Service or submit any Personal Information through the Service. If ThinkYum learn that they have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, they will delete the information.


SECURITY:

ThinkYum use reasonable administrative, technical, physical and managerial measures to protect Users personal information against theft, loss, and unauthorized access. TRANSFER OF INFORMATION:

Given the global nature of our society, ThinkYum conducts business globally, which may result in the transfer of User information internationally.
